Residential
Associate (Hernando & Pasco Counties)
Our full & part-time Residential
Associates provide day-to-day direct care for individuals with IDD in a small
home-like setting, including teaching & coaching in socialization, personal
hygiene, homemaking & daily living skills. Requires at least one year’s
experience working with individuals with IDD or in a related field of nursing,
education, social, behavioral or rehabilitative services. Day, overnight &
weekend shifts available. High School Diploma or GED required. Must have a
clean driving record, valid FL Driver License & pass local and Level II
Federal background screening.
Life Skills
Development Instructor (Hernando, Sumter & Pasco Counties)
Our full & part-time Life Skills
Development Instructors provide direct care for individuals with IDD at our day
programs including coaching in occupational skills, socialization, personal
hygiene and daily living. Supports and instruction are based on a person-centered
approach. Instructors are also fixed-route drivers or back-up drivers. High
School Diploma or GED required. Must have a clean driving record, valid FL
Driver License and pass local and Level II Federal background screening.
Employment Specialist
/ Job Coach (Hernando, Sumter & Pasco Counties)
Our Employment Specialists develop
vocational employment opportunities and outcomes for customers with IDD
including individual job placements, enclave/crew development, subcontract
procurement, customer service, general organizational quality improvement,
planning, reporting, and evaluation. The Specialist must also learn contract
& regulatory requirements & the service process flow for all
employment-related areas.
Maintenance
Technician (Hernando, Sumter & Pasco Counties)
Our Maintenance Technicians are
responsible for general oversight of an assigned site, including ensuring a
safe environment; adhering to all regulatory inspections; minor plumbing,
electrical, construction, and upkeep tasks; custodial tasks including
occasional cleaning of floors, kitchen and bathroom areas; painting; grounds
maintenance including lawn care; transporting materials within a three-county
area; and other related work as required.
