Positions Available Residential Associate Full and part time
positions available at our group homes in Hernando (Brooksville, Spring Hill)
and Pasco County (Port Richey, Zephyrhills). Day, overnight, weekend shifts available. The
Residential Associate provides day to day direct care support services for
individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) in a small
home-like residential setting. This includes, but is not limited to: teaching
& coaching in socialization, personal hygiene, homemaking and daily living
skills. 1-year experience working with individuals with IDD or related field of
nursing/education/social/ behavioral/rehabilitative services. EOE/Drug
Free/Tobacco Free Workplace. High School Diploma required. Clean Driving
Record/Valid FL DL/background screening. Life Skills Development Instructor (Bushnell, Florida) Full & Part Time positions. The Life Skills
Development Instructor is responsible for providing day-to-day direct care for
individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities; including coaching in
occupational skills, socialization, personal hygiene and daily living. The Life
Skills Development Instructor provides supports and instruction to individuals
with I/DD based on a person-centered approach. Life Skills Instructors are also
fixed route drivers or back up drivers.
